RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it safely within 14 days of the item being delivered.
The returns process is simple: just contact our customer service team at info@thestudio79.com and they will guide and help you step by step.
Once the returns process has been explained, you will need to contact the courier of your choice to arrange the return; shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Please remember that we cannot accept returns of products that have been specially personalised for you. You must send the product back in its original packaging, or in other packaging that keeps it perfectly protected, using a courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs and import duties into or outside Spain (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Digital products such as interior design projects cannot be returned.
Once the products reach our warehouse and we confirm they are in the same condition in which they were originally sent, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. Bank transfer is also available for orders over €2,000. Our prices are shown in EUR.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Spain and delivered safely to your home by the best carriers. All shipments are insured for the full value of the product.
Shipping times are clearly shown on each product page, while final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Customers outside the EU, UK, USA and Canada may be subject to taxes. Customs authorities may ask you to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing.
Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESTUDIO79
Some of the products you see online are ready to ship. Others will be made specifically for you. Preparation time will be clearly indicated on the product page. At checkout we accept most credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. In the Account section of the site you will always find a summary of your order history.
